As Co-Founder and Director of Investment Strategy, Chris oversees the acquisitions of assets and business development activities. He also directs the overall investment strategies of LeavenWealth.

Over the past seven years, he has acquired 2,600+ apartment units worth $228 million throughout the midwest. Chris owns Brick Town Construction, Brick Town Property Management and Liquid Lending Solutions, which are synergistic in improving the longevity and value of LeavenWealth’s assets. Prior to his entrepreneurial activities, Chris served in the United States Army. He played college football at Augustana College, where he graduated with his bachelor’s in sociology. Furthering his education, he completed both his M.S. in Negotiation and Dispute resolution and his J.D. at Creighton Law School. He is a proud father to two children, with his wife, Shivani.

Co-Founder and Director of Business Development

As Co-Founder and Director of Business Development, Collin oversees the success and growth of LeavenWealth.

Collin has over $228 million in assets under management and 2,600+ units throughout the Midwest. Collin owns Brick Town Construction, Brick Town Property Management and Liquid Lending Solutions, which are synergistic in improving the longevity and value of LeavenWealth’s assets. He is also the creator of the largest real estate meet-up in Nebraska. He is a father to three children, with his wife, Emily. Collin graduated from Bellevue University with his MBA in finance.

Mitch Hagen

Director of Finance

As Director of Finance, Mitch oversees the financial reporting and analysis of LeavenWealth and related businesses and investments, including operational and strategic decision-making.

He is a certified public accountant and has specialized in the real estate industry. His client and investor experience include individual, business, trust, and estate tax and wealth management consulting; mom-and-pop shops to groups with over 2,000 rental units; 30+ state operations; annual revenues of over $750 million. A central Minnesota native, Mitch came to Omaha for undergrad at Creighton University where he double-majored in financial analysis and accounting while playing four years of ultimate frisbee. He is a proud father to his son, with his wife, Emily.

As Director of Capital Resources, Jason directs capital funds sourcing for current and future investment opportunities with LeavenWealth. In his role, Jason works closely with investors, communicating their wants and needs into effective capital deployment.

Sam Tewes

Acquisition Specialist

As an Acquisition Specialist, Sam creates new investment opportunities for our partners by sourcing and analyzing new and existing real estate markets and underwriting potential property acquisitions. He has expanded LeavenWealth's asset footprint into multiple midwest markets and continues to source deals in priority demographics.

As Director of Acquisitions, Sam creates new investment opportunities for our partners by sourcing and analyzing new and existing real estate markets and underwriting potential property acquisitions. He has expanded LeavenWealth's asset footprint into multiple Midwest markets and continues to source deals in priority demographics.

Sam is also CoFounder of Kwiklock Storage, a Midwest focused Self Storage Operation.

Prior to his efforts in Real Estate, Sam graduated from Wichita State University with his Bachelor's in Business Management, where he was an All-American Baseball Player. Following his collegiate career, he played professionally with the St. Louis Cardinals and New York Mets.

Sam was born in Lincoln, Nebraska native, and continues to live there with his wife, Talia, and daughter.

Nick is originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor's degree in marketing and management, and now resides in Omaha, Nebraska.

She also advises on our fundraising efforts with a focus on investor relations related to active and prospective investments. Megan is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the commercial insurance and risk management industry, specifically in property and casualty insurance for large healthcare systems.

As a Risk Management and Investor Relations Advisor, Megan plays a pivotal role in shaping our risk management strategies and ensuring our fundraising efforts align with our long-term objectives. She is driven by a commitment to safeguarding the financial health of organizations and helping investors make informed choices. Her professional mission is to create a secure and transparent investment environment.

When Megan isn't immersed in the world of risk management and investments, she and her husband are actively engaged in the local real estate business in Denver, CO. They are passionate about the real estate market and are continuously expanding their portfolio. In her free time, Megan loves exploring the majestic Rocky Mountains through hiking, biking, and camping. She's also currently working on the renovation of their charming Victorian home in Denver.

Alicia works closely with onsite property staff as the Asset Manager for Leavenwealth. She leads and supports the onsite teams in optimizing operations and keeping the asset on track with each business plan.

Previously, her skills were utilized building business systems and addressing overhead reductions in the dental industry. Alicia holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Education, and has been a real estate investor for 12 years. She lives in Ft. Worth and enjoys time with her son, daughter, and rescue dog.

Born and raised in Omaha, Jadyn is a true local with a passion for creativity and communication. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she honed her skills in digital media and marketing. Jadyn is also pursuing her Masters degree from the University of Alabama. Jadyn has been specializing in social media for 4 years and marketing for 2 years. At home, Jadyn is surrounded by her furry companions — two cats and two dogs — who bring joy and energy to her daily routine. Exciting times lie ahead as Jadyn eagerly anticipates the arrival of her first child with her partner, Cayden, due this December.
